How one lead moves through TradeReply

Five steps, from the first text to the appointment on your calendar.

Example data
Step 1

A customer sends an inquiry

The text lands on the business's TradeReply number and becomes a new lead immediately.

Example customer

Customer: Hi, my water heater is leaking in the garage. Can someone come look today?

Step 2

TradeReply replies automatically

The assistant answers in the business's voice within seconds, so the lead is never waiting on a callback.

Example automatic reply

TradeReply: Sorry to hear that. Is water pooling near the base of the heater, or is it dripping from the top valve?

Step 3

The AI qualifies the customer

One question at a time, focused on what the trade needs to know before quoting or dispatching.

Example qualifying exchange

Customer: Dripping from the top valve.

TradeReply: Thanks. Is the unit gas or electric, and roughly how old is it?

Customer: Gas, about 8 years.

Step 4

TradeReply helps schedule the estimate

The assistant offers appointment windows, then records the booking on the lead and in Appointments.

Example booking

TradeReply: I can get an estimator out today at 3:00 PM or tomorrow at 9:00 AM. Which works better?

Customer: 3:00 today works.

TradeReply: You're set for 3:00 PM today. We'll text a reminder beforehand.

Step 5

The contractor sees the lead in the dashboard

Lead details, the full conversation and the appointment are in the same place, ready for the visit.

Example lead record

Contact: Example Customer

Service: Water heater leak

Stage: Appointment Scheduled

Source: Inbound SMS

Appointment: Today, 3:00 PM

What the AI assistant can and cannot do

It answers questions about plans, setup, integrations and how the AI behaves. It cannot issue refunds, cancel a subscription, change a plan or touch an account. Those always go to a person.
