Construction Business Management Software
One place for the inquiry, the crew, the change order and the final invoice.
A general contractor's day is mostly coordination: an inquiry that needs a walkthrough, three crews on three sites, a change order halfway through a kitchen, and an invoice that has to match the scope everyone agreed to.
TradeReply keeps those threads on one record per job. The conversation, the appointment, the estimate versions, the crew assignment, the site photos and the invoice all point at the same work — so the scope you quoted is the scope you bill.
Where a contractor's week actually goes
Walkthroughs, revisions, crews and closeout, all on the same job record.
A remodel inquiry with a budget
The lead capture form asks the questions you choose. TradeReply replies, sets the walkthrough window, and records the stated budget and timeline on the lead.
A change order mid-project
The revision is saved as a new estimate version with a summary of what changed, so the homeowner approves the difference and the earlier versions stay intact.
Three crews, one week
Work orders sit on a dispatch board by status, each with an address, a duration and the person responsible — one screen instead of four group texts.
The final invoice that matches
The invoice is created from the job, so line items, materials and recorded payments stay attached to the same job from first visit to closeout.
What Construction businesses use TradeReply for
Every capability below is part of the same workspace, not an add-on.
Estimates with versions
Lines by material, labour, equipment or other, with markup, discount and tax handled once, and a revision history per version.
Scope, safety and sign-off
Scope of work, safety items, a completion checklist and a customer signature at handover all live on the job.
Crew scheduling and roles
Team members are invited by business email with roles from owner to technician, and the board shows what each person has on.
Site documentation
Before, during and after photos are attached to the job in categories and viewed through short-lived links.
Commercial client records
A contact can carry a company name alongside the site, so repeat clients and multiple locations stay organised.
One inbox for the office
Form submissions and text conversations arrive in one place, with AI drafts in your voice and a takeover switch.

Construction questions
Is this a full construction ERP?
No. It covers the customer-facing side of the business — leads, appointments, jobs, estimates, invoices and the crew who delivers them. Bookkeeping and payroll stay in your accounting software.
Can several people work in it at once?
Yes. Each person gets their own sign-in and role, and one business's records are kept separate from another's.
How do change orders work?
A revision becomes a new estimate version with a short summary of what changed. The customer approves the version they are looking at, and the signature records which version it was.
Can I invoice a deposit?
An estimate that requires a deposit can be approved and turned into a deposit invoice, with the remaining balance invoiced later.
